Annual General Meeting 2026 Announced

We are pleased to announce that the NANASACCO Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 24th August 2026. All registered members are invited to attend, participate in the deliberations, and exercise their voting rights on the matters tabled.

During the AGM, the Board will present the audited financial statements for the year, report on the SACCO's performance, and seek member approval on the proposed dividend and interest on deposits. Members will also elect representatives to fill vacant positions on the Board and the Supervisory Committee.

Members are encouraged to confirm that their records and contact details are up to date ahead of the meeting so that notices, agenda papers, and voting instructions reach them in good time. The full agenda and supporting documents will be circulated to all members at least 21 days before the meeting.
